Di has been a nurse for over 30 years and has worked in many different roles including clinical, stomal therapy, education and management.

She has worked at Director level in a small rural health service for seven years and now works with leaders and teams.

Her focus is always on empowering the leaders and building trust in the dynamic and complex environment of health.

Di is passionate about helping leaders understand more about themselves so they can learn the skills to empower themselves and build an empowered team.
